DH Pace Company, will hire an experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative to represent our Entry Door Division in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Specialty Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Operators, and Electronic Hardware. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will have the opportunity to call on commercial businesses in San Antonio and surrounding areas
• The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process for commercial customer accounts targeting prospects, identifying solutions, negotiating, and closing
• Submittal creation and project management
• Cultivate sales
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience selling commercial entry doors
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
• Mathematically and mechanically inclined
